Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wasi and Wasi (the "Store"), including browsing our catalogue, creating an account, and placing orders. By using the Store you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Store. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

To place an order you must be able to form a legally binding contract under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use the Store only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

When you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.
• Protect your password and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for orders and actions carried out through your account.

We take care to describe and price our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free. Colours and details may vary slightly from how they appear on your device.

• All prices are shown in the Store's active currency and may include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
• Product availability is not guaranteed; items may sell out or be discontinued at any time.
• Where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with obvious errors, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. Your order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch or otherwise notify you of acceptance; until then we may decline or cancel the order.

• You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• We may offer one or more payment methods, including cash on delivery where available; the methods shown at checkout are those we currently support.
• We may carry out fraud, credit, and verification checks and may refuse an order where a check is not passed.

Delivery times, charges, and coverage areas are shown during checkout and in our shipping information. Any delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly say so.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please make sure the delivery address and contact details you give us are correct, as we are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of inaccurate information.

Where returns are enabled, you may request a return within the return window shown for your order, subject to the item being eligible. Our returns process, eligibility rules, and any restocking conditions are described in our returns information and applied at the time of your request.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or, where that is not possible, by another agreed method.
• Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or personalisation reasons; these are indicated where they apply.
• Nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to use the Store lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Store, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Store, introduce malicious code, or place fraudulent or automated orders.
• Copy, scrape, or reuse content from the Store beyond normal personal use without our permission.
• Submit reviews or other content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes anyone's rights.

The content on the Store — including the Wasi and Wasi name, logos, text, graphics, and product imagery — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view and use the Store for shopping; no other rights are granted.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content in connection with the Store. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or our moderation rules.

The Store is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to our business, the law, or how the Store operates. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Store after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
